STELCO Trainers Pool launched with 35 certified in-house trainers

STELCO Trainers Pool was officially launched today.

At an event held at STELCO, the initiative was launched by the company’s Managing Director Hussain Fahmy.

The STELCO in-house trainers pool is a strategic initiative aimed at equipping STELCO employees with the knowledge, skills, and experience needed to train others, while also developing a group of internal trainers capable of delivering professional and structured training programs.

Accordingly, 35 employees from STELCO have received the internationally recognized “Train the Trainer” certification. Today, STELCO also awarded Trainer Certification Licenses to these 35 employees. This marks the official launch of STELCO’s Certified Trainer program.

With these 35 certified trainers now available, STELCO is positioned to conduct more comprehensive and widespread training programs in the future, both to upskill its current workforce and to train new employees.

These trainers will now work to deliver training to the company’s staff across various departments and disciplines.

This newly certified trainers’ pool includes individuals from several departments such as engineering, technical, administration, human resources, security, media, and public relations.
