Actions to Achieve the Strategy
- Develop and implement policies, guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to enforce safety practices in the work place and conduct safety audits
- Implement fire-fighting systems that adhere to the standard approved by Maldives National Defence Force (MNDF)
- Conduct regular safety training sessions for employees across all levels, mainly for staff exposed to hazardous substances and staff working at extreme conditions
- Documentation and record keeping of safety incidents, accidents and near-miss cases
- Implement a proactive safety reporting system to identify and address potential hazards
